I've said this before on NG slots channel but here it goes again anyway : With both 50 lions and 100 lions the biggest and most frequent wins on max bet that I have gotten have both been while playing one set of lines down from max (40 for 50 lions and 80 for 100 lions).
Doing max bet with 50 lines most I have won is around 20-30x but I have gotten multiple handpays (around 9-10 i think over five years, but I don't play this game overly often) and noticed that the bonuses seem to be a lot more frequent (even if the majority only pay around 20x) while playing 40/80 lines at max bet. At first I thought it may only be the one at my local that plays like this but I've noticed it happens at most of the venues where I have played this slot.
Might sound odd but would definitely recommend trying it if you are ever playing this slot again.

The version that adds wilds every spin is 50 lions deluxe.
The difference between 50 lions and 100 lions is of course 50 and 100 lines. Also, in the 100 lion version, the only symbol that pays for 2 of a kind is the lion. The 50 lions version has 3 symbols that pay for 2 of a kind. It might seem trivial, but my favorite part about 100 lions vs. 50 lions is that in 100 lions, the bonus symbols make noise.

The wild's don't increase, and for some reason retriggers aren't possible until the 5th spin (it says right on the card "up to 15 free games")... There is an updated version I think where you choose your diamond color and it awards 1-6 added wilds per spin.
When I first started going to the casino at 19 I played 50 lions and won $180... then I went and told my gfs mom and she was like "There's another version right over here, its 100 lions." So I played that one and won $380. Lol
